Can I book a job in Clay County today?
We’re preparing the Clay County beta. Join the local launch list and we’ll email you when requests open near you. This page collects launch interest; it does not book a service or charge you.
What kinds of work can I request?
From everyday home help to cleaning, carpentry, painting, yard and tree work, appliances, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, hauling, moving, mobile mechanic work, and paving. Each request must fit an available exact service. Required licenses, registrations, insurance, permits, and qualifications still apply. Availability depends on qualified local Fixers.
Which Clay County communities are on the launch list?
Homeowners and prospective Fixers throughout Clay County can join, including Fleming Island, Orange Park, Oakleaf, Middleburg, Lake Asbury, Green Cove Springs, and Keystone Heights. Live coverage will open as qualified local supply becomes available; joining does not guarantee service at your address.
How will I know the price?
When booking opens, you’ll review the proposed scope and itemized price before confirming. A 5% homeowner service fee applies to approved labor, with a $3 minimum and $25 maximum per job. Materials are excluded from that fee. Any applicable taxes are additional and must be disclosed before booking.
Can I join as a Fixer?
Absolutely. Select “Offer my services” below to receive local onboarding updates. You choose the work that fits your skills and availability. Application approval and any required credentials must be complete before receiving jobs.
