Send the request from the email address connected to your Fixerly account. The prepared message asks for the minimum information needed to find and verify your account.

- The email address associated with your Fixerly account.
- Whether you use the Homeowner app, the Fixer app, or both.
- A clear statement that you want your account and associated personal data deleted.
Do not email passwords, government identification numbers, payment-card numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
02 What happens next
- We acknowledge your request and may ask you to verify control of the account.
- We review active jobs, payments, disputes, or safety matters that must be resolved or preserved.
- After verification, we delete or de-identify account data that we are not required or permitted to retain.
- We confirm completion using the contact information associated with the request.
03 Data deleted or retained
Deletion generally covers profile and contact information, device push tokens, preferences, and personal content that does not need to remain part of a legitimate marketplace, safety, or transaction record.
We may retain limited job, transaction, payment, dispute, fraud-prevention, safety, tax, accounting, insurance, or legal records where required or reasonably necessary. Retained information is access-restricted and is not used to market to you.
